About the Role
We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to join our engineering team and help design, develop, and integrate intelligent AI capabilities into our next-generation ERP ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Python, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and enterprise AI integrations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build practical AI-powered enterprise solutions, intelligent automation, natural-language data interaction, and AI-driven decision-support capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and integrate AI-powered features into our ERP platform.
Build LLM-powered applications, AI agents, and intelligent workflows.
Develop AI services and APIs using Python.
Implement LLM solutions using prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and structured databases.
Develop reliable AI capabilities that retrieve, process, and present accurate ERP data through natural-language queries.
Implement validation mechanisms, guardrails, human-in-the-loop workflows, and AI evaluation processes.
Optimize AI solutions for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with backend, frontend, and architecture teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong programming skills in Python.
5+ years of relevant software engineering or AI development experience.
Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI/ML or LLM-based applications.
Practical experience with LLM APIs and frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
Strong understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector databases.
Experience with REST APIs, databases, and enterprise system integrations.
Understanding of AI agents, tool calling, and workflow orchestration.
Knowledge of AI evaluation, hallucination mitigation, and responsible AI practices.
Ability to independently take AI solutions from concept and architecture through development and deployment.
Good to Have
Experience working with enterprise software, ERP, or SaaS platforms.
Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source AI models.
Familiarity with FastAPI, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Experience with PostgreSQL and data-intensive applications.
Familiarity with Java and Spring Boot for integrating AI services with enterprise backend systems.
Understanding of React and experience integrating AI-powered features into frontend applications.
