📢 Position: AI Engineers – Oracle Fusion Agents (Finance)
📍 Location: Lahore, Pakistan (On-Site) 💰 Salary: 500 K to 600 K
We are looking for a skilled and pragmatic AI Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and governance of AI agents within our Oracle Fusion Finance environment. In this role, you will bridge deep Oracle Fusion platform knowledge with modern generative AI and agent engineering practices to automate high-value finance workflows — from invoice processing to journal management — in a way that is secure, auditable, and trusted by the business.
Major Responsibilities:
• Assess finance processes and priorities agent use cases with clear business cases.
• Configure Oracle's pre-built Payables Agent and Ledger Agent.
• Design custom agents and multi-agent workflows in Oracle AI Agent Studio.
• Maintain agent instructions, tools, data access rules, and guardrails.
• Test agents, monitor accuracy, and correct production drift.
• Ensure Fusion security, segregation of duties, and audit trails.
• Control OCI consumption costs. • Regression-test agents against Oracle quarterly updates.
• Train finance users and report adoption metrics and business value.
Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline. • 5–8 years of total professional experience, including 3+ years on Oracle Fusion and at least 1 year of hands-on generative AI or agent engineering work.
• Oracle certifications are welcomed.
Oracle Platform Skills: • Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials: GL, AP, AR, Cash, and Expenses.
• Self-built agents in Oracle AI Agent Studio.
• Fusion security roles, data access, and privileges.
• Fusion REST APIs, BI Publisher/OTBI, and Oracle Integration Cloud basics.
• OCI fundamentals and consumption billing.
AI & Agent Engineering Skills:
• LLM behavior, hallucination, context limits, and prompt design.
• Evaluation frameworks, test cases, accuracy thresholds, and regression sets.
• Human-in-the-loop workflows, confidence thresholds, and escalation paths.
• Python or JavaScript for testing, data preparation, and API integration.
Finance Domain Knowledge:
• Procure-to-pay, record-to-report, order-to-cash, accruals, reconciliations, journal controls, and related control risks.
• KSA VAT and withholding tax awareness.
Governance: Segregation-of-duties principles, audit trail requirements, and KSA data protection (PDPL).
Behavioral Attributes:
Sound judgement to identify when automation is not the right answer.
• Measures value in outcomes (hours saved, errors avoided).
• Ability to explain AI behavior clearly to non-technical finance stakeholders.
