What We're Looking For
✅ Practical experience delivering LLM applications and agentic AI systems.
✅ Expertise in RAG, MCP, agent orchestration, and harness engineering.
✅ Strong understanding of prompt engineering, context engineering, execution loops, security guardrails, and token optimization.
✅ Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript.
✅ Experience with APIs, SQL, ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, data quality, and vector databases.
✅ Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
✅ Ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders and collaborate across teams.
