We are looking for a motivated and proactive 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫 to help drive business growth. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing clients and projects on 𝐔𝐩𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 and is confident in sourcing, closing, and maintaining clients.
🔹 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
*Source, manage, and communicate with clients on Upwork and other platforms
*Identify and pursue new business opportunities
*Build and maintain strong client relationships
*Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
*Prepare proposals, quotations, and client presentations
*Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project delivery
*Track and report sales metrics and Upwork performance
🔹 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
*Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or sales
*Proven Upwork experience (clients, proposals, contracts, payments)
*Strong communication and negotiation skills
*Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented
*Must be based in Rawalpindi / Islamabad
