Location: Islamabad / Rawalpindi
Experience: Minimum 1+ year in technical business development
About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven Technical Business Developer with hands-on experience on Upwork and a proven record of closing deals with international clients. You’ll work closely with our technical teams to deliver software solutions to clients globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and bid on projects on Upwork
Understand client requirements and propose technical solutions
Prepare proposals and negotiate pricing, scope, and timelines
Close deals and ensure smooth handover to technical teams
Build and maintain client relationships
Requirements:
1+ year experience in a software house
Proven record of closed deals on Upwork
Strong understanding of software development services (Web, Mobile, Cloud, QA, etc.)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Target-oriented and self-driven
Preferred:
Experience with other freelancing platforms (Fiverr, Freelancer, LinkedIn Sales)
CRM and Agile/Scrum exposure
International client handling experience
