AQ Technologies is looking for a Business Development Executive to help expand our international client base through Upwork and other online sales channels.

We provide IT outsourcing, managed IT support, network engineering, cybersecurity, and infrastructure solutions to businesses.

𝗞𝗘𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦

- Find international IT projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
- Research opportunities in IT outsourcing, networking, IT support, and infrastructure management.
- Prepare customized proposals, cover letters, and client responses.
- Manage client communication, follow-ups, and sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with technical teams on proposals and project estimates.
- Maintain sales pipelines and CRM records.
- Schedule discovery calls and support negotiations.
- Build long-term client relationships and identify recurring business opportunities.
- Track weekly KPIs and proposal conversion rates.

𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦

- Experience in business development, Upwork bidding, or international client acquisition.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Understanding of Upwork bidding and client engagement.
- Basic knowledge of IT services, networking, IT support, or technology services.
- Ability to research projects and write customized proposals.
- Strong communication, follow-up, organization, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and spreadsheets.
