What You'll Do:
✅ Assist the Creative Manager in planning and executing creative campaigns
✅ Coordinate with designers, video editors, content writers, and digital marketing teams
✅ Support the development of social media content, marketing campaigns, and brand communications
✅ Help manage creative timelines and project deliverables
✅ Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities
✅ Ensure creative assets meet brand guidelines and quality standards
✅ Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and campaign planning
What We're Looking For:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Advertising, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Creative thinking with attention to detail
• Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment
