HIRING – E-Commerce Executive
Location: Korangi, Karachi
Salary: Market Competitive
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and update online stores including Shopify, Daraz, Facebook Shop, TikTok Shop, Company Website, and other e-commerce/social media platforms
• Process daily customer orders and prepare invoices
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media
• Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams for timely order fulfillment and delivery
• Update product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory across all online platforms
• Monitor online orders, returns, cancellations, and payment status
• Track sales performance and prepare daily/weekly e-commerce reports
• Coordinate with the marketing team to execute online campaigns and promotional activities
• Ensure excellent customer experience and maintain high customer satisfaction
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in E-Commerce operations
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, Daraz Seller Center, Facebook Commerce, TikTok Shop, and website management
• Good knowledge of online order processing, invoicing, and customer service
• Proficiency in MS Excel and computer applications
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Experience in FMCG or Confectionery Industry will be preferred
