🕒 Working Hours: Monday–Saturday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
💰 Salary: PKR 80,000–100,000/month

EcoLink is looking for a motivated and technically skilled IT Systems & Network Support Executive to support daily IT operations, maintain network infrastructure, and ensure smooth functioning of our systems.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day IT systems and network support.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, internet, and connectivity issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, routers, switches, and other IT equipment.
Monitor network performance and IT infrastructure.
Manage user accounts, access permissions, and basic system configurations.
Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers.
Maintain IT asset records, documentation, and support logs.
Assist with system upgrades, backups, routine maintenance, and cybersecurity practices.
Resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
🔹 Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
CCNA and CCNP certifications are mandatory.
1–2 years of relevant experience in IT systems and network support.
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, and network troubleshooting.
Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and coordinate with vendors.
