2–4 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads / Performance Marketing.
Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager.
Experience with lead-generation and conversion campaigns.
Strong understanding of audiences, retargeting, funnels, and optimization.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of performance marketing metrics.
Experience with creative testing and performance-based content.
Ability to collaborate with sales, content, and marketing teams.
Willingness to work onsite in Bahria Town, Lahore.
⭐ Preferred
-Real estate/property marketing experience.
-Strong lead-generation campaign experience.
-Experience with Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google Analytics, or similar tracking tools.
-Experience scaling successful campaigns.
-Ability to review and improve video ad creatives.
