The Schooling Co. is looking for a passionate Program Coordinator – School Transformation Program Implementation to join our team in Lahore.
This is not a traditional school teaching role.
You will be part of a team working directly with low-fee private schools, teachers, and school leaders to implement our School Transformation Program and contribute to meaningful improvements in teaching, learning, and school practices.
📍 Location: Model Town, Lahore
💼 Role: Office & Field Based
💰 Salary: PKR 60,000–80,000
⚡ Joining: Urgently Required
We’re looking for someone with:
• 3–4 years of teaching or educational leadership experience
• STEM background — preferred
• B.Ed./M.Ed. or relevant education certifications/diplomas — preferred
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• A proactive, organized and responsible approach
• Willingness to work directly with schools and education teams
• A genuine passion for improving education in Pakistan
