Begin is looking for a highly driven and organized Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects across product, engineering, content, and marketing. You’ll oversee the end-to-end delivery of platform features, technical integrations, campaigns, and user-facing experiences while keeping teams aligned, timelines on track, and releases focused on quality and business goals.

Location: DHA Phase 8 | Lahore | Onsite
Responsibilities:
-Lead end-to-end project management for OTT platform features, campaigns, technical integrations, and product releases.
-Collaborate with Engineering, Product, QA, Design, Marketing, and Business teams to define project scope, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and resource requirements.
-Drive sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and other Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
-Coordinate third-party integrations, including payment gateways, DRM providers, analytics platforms, CDNs, and other OTT-specific services.
-Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, blockers, and delivery challenges.
-Own project documentation, dashboards, timelines, RAID logs, action items, and stakeholder status reports.
-Coordinate testing, release readiness, deployment activities, and post-launch stabilization.
Track post-launch KPIs and support effective handover to operations teams.
-Keep cross-functional teams aligned with business objectives and user experience goals throughout each release.
-Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Media Technology, or a related field.
-4–7 years of project management experience, preferably in OTT, media, SaaS, or technology environments.
-Solid understanding of OTT workflows, including video encoding, DRM, CMS, subscription models, CDN, analytics, and digital video delivery.
-Strong experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
-Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
-Familiarity with project collaboration and productivity tools such as Figma, Slack, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
-PMP or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
