🎥 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
🔹 Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and short-form social media videos
🔹 Turn raw footage into engaging, concise and retention-focused content
🔹 Create strong openings/hooks that capture attention in the first few seconds
🔹 Add captions, subtitles, text animations, zooms, cuts, B-roll and other elements where appropriate
🔹 Maintain a clean, modern and natural editing style rather than excessive effects
🔹 Understand pacing, storytelling and editing techniques that keep viewers watching
🔹 Repurpose longer videos/content into multiple short-form clips
🔹 Select suitable moments, cuts and visuals to make content more engaging
🔹 Keep up with current Reels, Shorts and short-form content trends
🔹 Follow references and creative direction while also bringing your own editing ideas
🔹 Deliver videos in formats optimized for Instagram, YouTube and other social platform

🎬 EDITING STYLE
We are looking for simple, subtle, clean and engaging editing.
The goal is not to overload videos with effects. We want editing that supports the content, hook and storytelling while keeping viewers engaged.
You will have creative freedom to bring your own ideas and editing approach.
Experience or familiarity with Video Sales Letters (VSLs) and creators producing similar content is a plus.
