🚨 We’re Hiring - Senior IT Technician
📍 Location: Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi
💼 Type: Full-Time (Onsite)
🌙 Shift: 5 pm- 2 am Mon-Fri
We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Technician with strong troubleshooting skills and excellent verbal English communication skills to join our IT support team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide remote IT support to US clients
• Troubleshoot Windows, software, and network issues
• Support Microsoft 365, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi
• Manage and resolve tickets through ITSM/ticketing systems
• Use RMM and remote-support tools for troubleshooting
• Document technical issues and resolutions
• Communicate professionally with US-based clients
• Assist junior technicians and handle escalated issues
Requirements:
• 3+ years of IT Support/Help Desk experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows, networking & Microsoft 365
• Experience with RMM and ticketing systems preferred
• Excellent spoken English is mandatory
• CompTIA/Microsoft certifications are a plus
