🎨 What We’re Looking For
• 3–5 years of proven experience in social media management
• Highly creative with a strong eye for content and visual storytelling
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok & other platforms
• Ability to develop creative content ideas and social media campaigns
• Strong knowledge of current trends, formats, and audience behavior
• Experience with content calendars, captions, hashtags, and community engagement
• Ability to analyze social media performance and improve content strategy
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Someone who takes initiative and brings fresh ideas to the table
