AppifyTech is looking for a skilled Sr. MySQL Database Administrator to join our team in Gulberg, Lahore.
In this critical role, you will be responsible for the design, performance, and reliability of our production databases, ensuring they meet the demands of our fast-paced environment.
Key Qualifications:
1. 5-6 years of hands-on experience administering MySQL in a production environment.
2. Expertise in MySQL replication, clustering, and high-availability solutions.
3. Proficiency with Percona XtraBackup, PMM, and performance tuning.
4. Strong experience in scripting (Bash, Python) for automation.
5. Proven track record in database migration, particularly from on-premises to OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure).
6. In-depth knowledge of Linux (RHEL, CentOS) system administration as it relates to databases.
