We are looking for motivated and analytical individuals to join our team as Business Analyst Trainees. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to start their careers in the IT and software industry.
The selected candidates will work closely with technical teams to understand business requirements, analyze workflows, and assist in translating business needs into technical solutions. This position offers hands-on training and career growth, with strong potential to convert into a permanent role based on performance.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
. Coordinate with development teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements
. Read and understand basic code to better communicate with technical teams
. Support testing and validation of system features against business requirements
. Analyze data, processes, and workflows to identify improvement opportunities
.Participate in meetings, presentations, and project discussions
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
. Ability to read and understand code (Python or any programming language is a plus)
. Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
. Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment Team player with problem-solving mindset
