Troxis looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in translating business requirements into clear, actionable requirements for software development teams.
This is an onsite role based in Lahore Johar Town.
Timings 4 PM to 1 AM
Job Description:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document software requirements.
Break down requirements into Epics, Features, User Stories, and clear Acceptance Criteria.
Work closely with Project Managers, Developers, QA/Testers, and cross-functional teams to ensure requirement alignment.
Facilitate requirement-gathering meetings, workshops, discussions, and clarification sessions.
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Support effort estimation, project planning, scope definition, objectives, and success criteria.
Prepare and maintain detailed BRDs, user stories, requirement specifications, and project documentation.
Identify requirement gaps, resolve conflicts, and ensure stakeholders remain aligned.
Contribute to process improvements and strengthen business analysis practices within the organization.
Job Specifications:
3+ years of Business Analysis experience in a software development environment
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
Strong requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation skills
Hands-on experience with Epics, Features, User Stories & Acceptance Criteria
Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum / Waterfall methodologies
Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical requirements
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
Understanding of project estimation and planning techniques
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within deadlines
Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on quality
