One of ICON Consultants Clients is seeking a technically skilled and service-oriented IT Support Executive to join their team in Karachi.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing effective technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day IT systems.
Position: IT Support Executive
Location: Karachi
Experience: 1–3 years
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain IT equipment, systems, and user access records.
• Assist with network connectivity and basic troubleshooting.
• Escalate complex technical issues when required.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Good understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
