Qualifications & Requirements:
- BSCS / Software Engineering or a related degree
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Java development
- Strong knowledge of Core Java, OOP, Collections, Multithreading, and JDBC
- Experience with Spring Boot, REST APIs, and SQL databases
- Familiarity with Git and software development best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
