🚨 URGENT HIRING | PROJECT MANAGER – E-COMMERCE
Hollywood Traders is looking for an experienced and highly organized Project Manager with strong E-Commerce industry experience to manage and coordinate projects across all departments and ensure smooth execution of company-wide tasks and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate projects across all departments of the company
• Work closely with the CEO and department heads on ongoing projects and priorities
• Coordinate between Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Sourcing, Operations, and other teams
• Track project timelines, tasks, deadlines, and deliverables
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and projects
• Follow up with relevant team members and departments on pending tasks
• Identify delays, bottlenecks, and issues and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain project trackers and provide regular progress updates to management
• Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Ensure effective communication and coordination between departments
• Monitor project execution and ensure teams remain aligned with company objectives
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the E-Commerce industry
• Strong understanding of E-Commerce operations and cross-functional workflows
• Experience coordinating multiple departments and projects
• Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities
• Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
• Strong command of MS Excel/Google Sheets and project management tools
