Mod Link is a digital development company focused on building modern, high-performance web experiences for international clients.
Our core work includes 3D product configurators, interactive WebGL experiences, Shopify development, and custom web applications. We work with clients primarily in North America and are growing our development team.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer based in Pakistan who can work independently, communicate confidently with clients and team members, and take ownership of projects from development through delivery.
7+ years of professional software development experience
Strong experience as a Full-Stack Developer
Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript
Professional experience with React / Next.js
Strong backend development experience with Node.js or similar technologies
Experience working with REST APIs and third-party integrations
Solid experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
Good understanding of Git, GitHub, testing, debugging, and deployment workflows
Experience working with cloud/VPS environments and production applications
Strong understanding of software architecture and clean, maintainable code
C1+ English communication skills — mandatory
Must have previous professional experience working directly with companies or clients in the US or Canada
Comfortable working with international teams and North American business hours when required
Able to communicate clearly through written communication, meetings, and technical discussions
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
This position is not suitable for junior or mid-level developers.
We are specifically looking for someone who has already worked on real commercial projects for US or Canadian companies, understands professional development standards, and can communicate effectively with international clients.
Your previous experience working with North American companies should be clearly demonstrated in your CV or portfolio.
Build and maintain full-stack web applications
Develop scalable frontend and backend features
Integrate APIs, databases, payment systems, and third-party services
Review and improve existing codebases
Debug and resolve production issues
Work closely with designers, developers, and project managers
Participate in technical discussions and architecture decisions
Communicate directly with international clients when required
Estimate tasks and provide realistic technical timelines
Take ownership of assigned projects and deliver production-ready solutions
