We are looking for an experienced Webflow Developer who can build, maintain, troubleshoot and manage multiple client website projects from planning to launch.

KeyRequirements
● Strong experience working with Client-First and maintaining clean, scalable class structures.
● Strong understanding of Lumos and its framework for building scalable Webflow websites.
● Experience creating advanced GSAP animations and interactions.
● Strong knowledge of Webflow CMS, including collections, templates, filters, dynamic content, and CMS-driven websites.
● Experience building and managing Webflow Components for reusable website sections.
● Strong understanding of Webflow Props / Component Properties and how to use them to create flexible, reusable components.
● Ability to convert Figma designs into accurate, responsive Webflow websites.
● Experience with custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript when required.
● Ability to troubleshoot responsive layouts, CMS issues, animations, components, and custom code.
ProjectManagement
● Manage multiple Webflow projects independently.
● Break project requirements into clear tasks, milestones, and timelines.
● Estimate development work and prioritize deadlines.
● Communicate progress, challenges, and technical requirements clearly.
● Identify technical risks and resolve blockers.
● Coordinate with designers, SEO specialists, content teams, developers, and clients.
● Perform quality checks before publishing.
● Take ownership of projects from planning to launch.
