🚨 We’re Hiring | IT Director – Healthcare Technology
We’re looking for a strategic and experienced IT Director to lead technology initiatives for a growing organization in the Healthcare IT / Healthcare Software space. This is an opportunity for a technology leader who can drive IT strategy, software engineering, product development, cloud & infrastructure, DevOps, security, governance, and technical operations while working closely with executive leadership.
🔑 Key Requirements
• 10+ years of IT experience with strong leadership/management experience
• Proven experience in Healthcare IT, Healthcare Software, Telehealth, or Digital Health
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technology teams
• Strong understanding of software architecture, cloud, DevOps, APIs, databases, QA, and production operations
• Experience with technology strategy, roadmaps, modernization, governance, and risk management
• Strong understanding of healthcare security, privacy, and compliance
• Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
