Position: IT Director
Location: Johar Town, Lahore (Onsite)
Timings: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
We are looking for an experienced and strategic IT Director with a strong background in Healthcare IT or Healthcare Software to lead the technology function and drive scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead IT strategy, software development, infrastructure, DevOps, security, and technical operations
• Oversee software architecture, product development, system integration, and technology governance
• Improve system reliability, scalability, performance, security, and operational efficiency
• Build, lead, and mentor high-performing technical teams
• Collaborate with leadership, Product, Engineering, QA, Security, and Operations teams
Requirements:
• 10+ years of relevant IT experience with strong leadership experience
• Proven experience in Healthcare IT, Healthcare Software, Telehealth, or related technology
• Strong knowledge of software engineering, cloud infrastructure, APIs, databases, DevOps, and production operations
• Understanding of healthcare data security, privacy, compliance, and risk management
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field
